1976 The diagnostics division of A.Menarini Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite is founded as a lab equipment distributor for the Italian market with its own specific marketing and after sales organization

1978 Opening of offices in Barcelona

1980 First R&D Center in Florence - First reagents production line - The first engineering center of the Diagnostics Divisions created with the aim of designing and developing its own products (systems and software)

1985 First fully automated HPLC HbAlc analyzer - Distribution of the first blood glucose selfmonitoring systems

1986 First Urine Analyzer (Super Aution)

1987 Opening of the Belgian Affiliate

1988 Opening of the Austrian and UK Affiliates

1990 Distribution of first Autoimmunity and Celi Pathology systems
